Buy or not

Need some advice from bros,
I pay a rush deposit of $1k for a 08 PI euro 4 hiace which come with a DPF.mean e exhaust light will light n need to clean. It seem that it very troublesome n cost alot .
So I think of some excuse mayb can take so deposit back or give up e deposit.short pain better then long pain.thinking to get a euro 3 instead.
Any advice?
